Voice therapy for adults with Parkinson's Disease
In-person voice therapy for adults with Parkinson's near Skokie, Evanston, West Rogers Park, WilmetteNiles

Individuals with Parkinson's disease may experience changes in their voice and communication abilities, such as reduced loudness, hoarseness, imprecise speech, and a monotone voice. These changes can make it difficult for others to understand you.

As a certified LSVT LOUD Speech-Language Pathologist, I specialize in helping individuals with Parkinson's disease improve their communication skills. Through LSVT LOUD therapy, which consists of 16 sessions over four weeks (four individual 60-minute sessions per week), we can work together to enhance your voice quality, volume, and clarity.

Speech Therapy for Voice Disorders

If you are experiencing changes in your voice due to Parkinson's disease or if you have noticed that others are having a harder time understanding you since your diagnosis, I encourage you to contact me for a consultation. Together, we can develop strategies to improve your communication and help you speak with a voice and volume that is easy for others to hear and understand.

I offer virtual speech therapy services throughout Illinois, New York, and New Jersey and in-home speech therapy for those living near Skokie, Wilmette, Evanston, and West Rogers Park, Illinois.
